Little Book has played a major role in a variety of health promotions and education campaigns, among them diabetes, weight loss, addiction, smoking, pregnancy and alcohol consumption, as well as healthy living and personal wellbeing.

In addition to producing the Pocket Planner Little Books
for leading high street retailer Boots the Chemist , covering topics such as Look Great, Feel Happier, Lose Weight, Feel Healthier, Stop Smoking and You & Your Medicines, Little Book has been used by many leading health organisations to promote their messages to particular audiences.

When The Terence Higgins Trust  launched its first-ever African and Caribbean youth project, Ajamu, to raise awareness of sexual health among young black people, it turned to Little Book to help. The project, in partnership with City and Hackney PCT and Hackney Strategic Partnership, was aimed at people living in Hackney, East London, who were referred by youth groups, young offenders' institutions and colleges and given a copy of the Ajamu Referral Guide Little Book. The guide contained vital information on sexual health, as well as the locations of services offering advice, support, testing and treatment.

In a joint partnership, Glasgow Addiction Services, Glasgow City Council and the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, produced a Little Book aimed at young people in the area who were battling drug, alcohol or solvent issues. The Little Book detailed all the organisations available in the locality offering support and advice and answered some of the many questions that service users have about what to expect when seeking their help.

'Making cancer less frightening by enlightening' is the mission of The Marie Keating Foundation in Ireland. To help achieve that goal, the Foundation recently teamed up with private healthcare provider, Quinn Healthcare, to produce a 'Be Cancer Aware' Little Book. The Little Book fits into the Foundation's vision that by providing all women and their families with the necessary information to prevent cancer or detect it at its earliest stages, the disease can eventually be beaten.
